Most small businesses do not have an idea problem. They have an extraction and production problem. The valuable knowledge is spread across calls, emails and employees’ heads.
Start with one useful conversation
Record a focused 30–45 minute interview around one customer problem. Use real questions: What goes wrong? What does it cost? What should a business do first? What mistakes should it avoid?
The 10-asset output
- One 8–12 minute flagship video.
- One searchable website article.
- Three 30–60 second short videos.
- Two LinkedIn insight posts.
- One visual checklist or document post.
- One newsletter section.
- One sales follow-up resource.
Adapt—do not merely duplicate
A short video needs an immediate hook. A LinkedIn post needs a self-contained insight. A website article needs search context and clear headings. The idea stays consistent while the packaging changes for each platform.
The minimum workflow
Use five stages: idea approved, recorded, editing, review, scheduled. Define who owns each stage, what “done” means and where source files live. Simplicity matters more than software.
